Clients may cancel or reschedule consultations with appropriate notice as specified in their service agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes to scheduled appointments.

Changes to service scope after engagement begins may affect fees and timelines. Any modifications will be discussed and documented in writing before implementation.
